My Angel in the sky grief workshop. This is very difficult subject for us all to deal with and we all will go through this experience in our lives.

First of the special times of the year are the hardest like birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, Easter time.

Above all we need to be more understanding and inclusive of everyone around us to make this an easier time as possible.    

Because grief is such a personal and sometimes lonely time in our lives we all need to work through this at our own pace in our own way.

Therefore there is no rules to really follow. But we can very aware of allowing people to grieve in their own way.

First of all we need to allow them to talk even if is seems to upset them. This is the first step to healing and moving on with our lives

Because everyone is different, we need to allow this to be normal in  our lives what is working for them.  Trips down memory lane can be upsetting but also healing at the same time. 

Consequently most of us don’t know what to say, so we say nothing. This is thee wrong thing to do always.

Making new family traditions can help. Set a place at the festive table for all the loved ones who are no there.  One place setting with their photos can be so comforting for those people at the table feeling alone and sad they are not there. 

Even more so this helps the younger generation to absorb the emotions and understand it is ok to be sad an miss some one we love who is no longer with us, they quite often are left feeling confused as they don’t understand then sadness of the adults and that they are also aloud to be sad also.   

So let us celebrate and embrace our dearly departed loved ones and friends this Christmas and rejoice in knowing they are with us always. And they want to join the fun.

Mercury Retrograde

Well its that time of the year again as we head into our third Mercury Retrograde.

The fun time with communication for the next few weeks 

Time to be aware of how we communicate with everyone around us.

I like to describe this time as make sure your have your listening ears on.

As we tend to not be listening properly and communication can be misunderstood and cause conflict in our lives.

This is the time if you need to have a serious conversation and it can not be delayed.

Then make sure you are very clear in your delivery and they fully understand what you are saying and sharing with them.

So keep stopping and checking in with them that they fully understood your communication.

By doing this we can minimize misunderstandings and confusing issues because they were not fully listening.

A time not sign contracts, attend important meeting unless you cant reschedule.

The time when computer and electrical devices can go hay wire or breakdown.

Not the time to send important parcel and letters this includes all forms of modern communication.
